Professional requirements

Registration, qualifications and clinical scope

For international moves, professional registration and recognition must be checked for the destination and the specific appointment. We only share your CV with an employer when you agree.

Doctors practising in the UK should confirm their GMC registration and licence status, and the specialist or GP registration relevant to the proposed appointment. Doctors practising in Ireland must be registered with the Medical Council; the appropriate division depends on their training and role.

Fertility expertise, a GP clinical interest and a recognised consultant appointment are different professional backgrounds. Tell us your current registration, grade, clinical experience and preferred working pattern so we can discuss an appropriate role.
